Field Pro/G360 Log-In Update:
There’s a new way for dealers and aligned contractors to connect their G360 and Generac University accounts. This update adds two new fields to User Preferences in G360. It’s designed for users with a Gen U email address that differs from the email used for G360 & Field Pro access. Users may now enter their Gen U email and their Tech ID in the new G360 fields. This allows our systems another way to verify their Next Gen certification, a requirement for access to advanced Field Pro Settings.
You may pass along these instructions to dealers/aligned contractors who need assistance. This attached document has step by step instructions on how to complete.
