Field Pro account setup and login guide

This article is for public end users. G360 users, PowerPlay users, and dealers should sign in to Field Pro with their existing credentials. Mobile Link remains the primary monitoring platform for general end users. See: Field Pro App Basic Versus Advanced Permissions
Account setup
Once you have downloaded the Field Pro app to your mobile device, follow these steps to set up your account:
- Tap the Field Pro app icon to launch the app.
- Sign in using your existing credentials:
- If you have a G360 or PowerPlay account, use your email and password to sign in.
- If you have PWRfleet credentials, tap Continue with PWRfleet login and enter your login info.
- If you are a Generac employee, tap Sign in as a Generac employee and use your Generac credentials.
- If you do not have one of the account types above, tap Don't have an account? Sign up to create a Field Pro account.
- This will provide access to Field Pro only, not to systems like G360 or PowerPlay.
- Note: The email address used for signup cannot be changed later. Ensure the email is entered correctly and is accessible by the user.
