Basic

Basic users can adjust settings such as startup delay, maintenance resets, exercise schedules, and cold smart start. These features become available after creating a Field Pro account: How do I set up a Field Pro account?

Advanced

Advanced access is limited to certified users and includes all basic functionality plus dealer-specific options. This access includes things like 2-wire start configuration, calibration, and other advanced generator settings. Certified Generac installers can use their existing G360 credentials to access these features.
